I'm finally doing it and you can DIY too!

Time to blog!
It is March 13, 2020.  If you are reading this blog very recent to this date, you are familiar with the pandemic that is affecting the human race world wide--COVID-19 otherwise known as Coronavirus.  Today is the end of our spring break from school.  It also is the day that our district made the announcement, (along with many others) that spring break would be extended two weeks as a precaution to contain and not spread the coronavirus further. So what am I, a school teacher, to do for the next two weeks at home with the kids?  START A BLOG!

So here we are...
On a Friday night with 6 kids, 3 dogs, a husband and partridge in a pear tree, I am officially taking the leap into a whole new world of sharing my humble space online and in my home with the masses (or the few) who choose to follow this blog and the DIYs I'll be sharing with you.  I can't promise you will WANT to try all the DIYs my family and I do, afterall, that's why people go to the store right?  But with the way the economy is starting to take a turn and with the extra time and safety precautions you are probably using with your own family during this time, why not try it out?  If nothing else, it will give us both something to keep our minds off this crazy world and make us feel a little more empowered and secure by doing things on our own.  Take a leap with me and I bet you'll find that you can use these DIYs and come up wth some of your own too!
